If you know your visit date and final numbers and would like to pay by credit card we advise using our online booking portal. Your tickets will be sent to you by email on completion of payment through the portal.
If you are in the process of planning your visit or would like to book a combination experience please complete our enquiry form. While you finalise planning for your school trip we will hold your booking as provisional, two weeks before your visit date you will either need to confirm or cancel your booking.
We offer the school discount for UK and Overseas schools. We also offer Home Education visits on weekdays during school terms.
The accepted methods of payment are bank transfer and card payment. We currently do no accept payment by cheque. Please be advised once you confirm the booking and final numbers, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please be aware we are unable to issue VAT receipts until after your visit has taken place.
