Our queue times differ depending on the popularity of the day or timeslot. Our queues can range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.
To ensure a smooth experience, please join the queue at the scheduled time of your booking and not beforehand.
As a popular attraction, we're busiest on weekends and school holidays. If you are looking to visit us on a weekend or school holiday, we strongly recommend pre-booking your tickets in advanced to avoid disappointment on the day! We suggest considering quieter times of the day to visit, which are usually found during first admission or later in the day towards last entry. However, please note that visitor numbers and flow can vary daily, and this is not a guarantee
Please note, we do not currently offer priority entry with our tickets and so you will need to enter via the general queue line.
If you are unable to wait in a queue due to medical reasons, you are more than welcome to speak with our admissions on the day of your visit with your documentation stating this and they will be able to assist you further.
