If you or someone in your party may require special accommodations due to a disability at The London Dungeon, it’s important to prepare in advance:
- Documentation: Bring any relevant documentation that demonstrates the need for assistance to show to the admissions team upon arrival.
- Wheelchair Reservations: Wheelchair users need to pre-book a designated wheelchair slot. Make sure to arrive at the assigned time for the reservation, even if it differs from your general entry ticket time. This ensures that the team can assist you promptly and minimise any wait.
- Patience with Wait Times: While the team will do their best to facilitate entry for guests with disabilities, there may still be a small wait at times. Your understanding helps ensure a smoother experience for everyone.
