Blind Guests - The London Dungeon experience is largely delivered by actors and voiceover audio, often in low light levels. Therefore guests with low vision, who are visually impaired or have hearing difficulties may struggle to experience the attraction fully; however you are able to bring a carer free of charge to assist.
Claustrophobic - There are areas which have enclosed spaces and will make you feel scared at some points. If you suffer from claustrophobia or panic attacks please speak to a member of the team about whether this attraction is suitable for you.
Heart Problems/Pacemakers - If you have a history of heart problems, or have a pacemaker, please make yourself known to a member of the team to discuss the areas of the tour which may not be suitable for you. If you wear a pacemaker you will be unable to ride Drop Dead Drop Ride.
Photosensitive Epilepsy - There are shows and areas of The London Dungeon that contain strobe lighting which may affect those suffering from photosensitive epilepsy. We recommend speaking to a member of the team before you enter and begin your tour so we can fully brief you on locations strobe lighting is used. An alternative route will be provided for those who need to bypass these areas.
Spine, Neck or Back Complaints - The majority of the tour you will be standing and walking over uneven flooring. There are also sections of the tour that may not be suitable for you or may even create a risk of aggravating the injury. These areas can include chair tips, shaking floors as well as both of our rides (please check the specific 'Ride Restrictions' section here). Please speak to a member of the team about the specific nature of your medical issue, and we can ensure that you bypass areas which may not be suitable for you.
Pregnant Guests- Pregnant guests are welcome to visit The London Dungeon at any time during their pregnancy and can take part in our tour, however, those expecting should not ride the Drop Dead Drop Ride, our free-fall experience as a precaution. Please inform our 'Dungeon Keepers' (Ride Operators) that you wish to bypass the ride and they will show you into the next part of the tour. This will not affect the rest of your experience.
Please note: Carer tickets must be pre-booked in advance to your visit via our website.
