The Account Holder Portal is a system that allows you to manage and amend your booking/s (terms and conditions apply)
This is a crucial tool if you have booked a multi-attraction ticket as when purchasing one of these, the initial time you select is just for one attraction. After the purchase is made, you will then NEED to log into the booking portal in order to book a time you will visit the rest of the attractions you have purchased. This is subject to availability and you will have up to 90 days of the first attractions you visit to book in a time to visit the rest. You MUST have a timeslot for an attraction before you visit it.
- Account Holder Portal: You can change your ticket dates through the My Account Portal mentioned in your e-ticket.
- Rescheduling Window: You can reschedule your visit for a like-for-like date within 90 days of the original visit, up to 3 times**
- Timing Flexibility: You can move bookings up to 1 hour before your original arrival time.
- Date Eligibility: You can only reschedule to dates that match your original ticket’s eligibility; for example, if you purchased a weekday ticket, you cannot change to a weekend date or a more expensive date.
- Availability: The availability of dates and times is live and can change based on ticket sales. Even if a certain date is eligible, it may still be sold out, so acting quickly is advisable.
**Ticket Restrictions: Some promotional tickets may be non-exchangeable, and the ability to change dates depends on the specific terms and conditions of your ticket type.
Accessing the Account Holder Portal
- Please log into the Account Holder Portal using your order number and email address entered at the time you made the booking N.B if using Apple or Google Pay, please enter the email address associated with this account.
- Enter the 6 digit verification code sent to your email. The code will expire after 10 minutes if not activated.
- If you did not receive a 6 digit verification code via your email, you can request a new code after 60 seconds N.B if using Apple or Google Pay, the verification code will be sent to the email address associated with the booking
- Once logged into the portal, you can view your tickets, view your payment receipt or amend the date/ time of your visit subject to availability and the specific ticket terms and conditions.
You can only login to your Booking Portal a maximum of 10 times to change your date and time of your other attractions. Alternatively, if you have booked a time slot and the date and time has passed and you didn’t visit then, you will also get this message.
Combination tickets are valid for 90 days from your first attraction visit, you're welcome to visit your next attraction and the admission team will assist with a booking.

You MUST have a timeslot for an attraction before you visit it.
Please note, single tickets or lead attraction on combination tickets are re-bookable up to the original booked date/time. You will not be able to amend your order once the original booked date/time has passed.
