Tours last approximately 75 - 90 minutes excluding any additional queuing times. We suggest leaving 90-120 minutes for your visit in total.
The time slot that you choose when booking your ticket will be the time that you should enter the queue line, please do not enter before your time slot as you will not be admitted earlier.
Should you wish to leave your tour at any point, you can speak to the actor in your show and they will arrange for someone to help you exit. Please note, if you leave during your tour you will not be issued a refund.
