When booking a multi-attraction ticket, you will see the option to include a carer ticket within your booking. This provides you with carer access to all of the attractions listed on your ticket.
Please note that carer tickets cannot be purchased on their own as we do require you to accompany a full paying visitor. Please note documentation will be required at each attraction. You must book a timeslot for each attraction you wish to visit.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to issue Carer tickets on behalf of Big Bus. If a carer would like to join a Big Bus tour, please contact the Big Bus customer service team via the Live Chat function on the Big Bus official website.
