In line with the UK Government Covid-19 roadmap, the attraction re-opened on Monday May 17th 2021.
If you have existing unused tickets from 2020 through until May 16th 2021, these are now valid to visit before the end of 2021.
How do I change my ticket?
Most tickets can be re-booked by following the ‘Manage Your Booking’ link in your confirmation email. Available dates and times for your ticket type in 2021 will be displayed to select.
I don’t have a booking portal link in my confirmation email
If you are not able to access your covid-closure tickets within booking portal through the link in your original confirmation email, you can try following the link below to enter your booking information to access booking portal.
My tickets are not available on booking portal
If you are not able to locate your tickets within booking portal, please follow the below link to make a free entry reservation and secure your visit date and time. Please bring both your entry reservation and your original tickets with you when you visit.
Please note, entry reservations are not valid to use with Sun Free tickets – if you are unable to locate your Sun Free tickets within booking portal, please contact us directly to assist.
