Please note: All Big Bus tickets must be collected from The London Dungeon on the date you have selected for your entry before proceeding to a Big Bus stop. Your Big Bus Ticket can then be redeemed anytime within 90 days of your visit to The London Dungeon visit, the 24 or 48 hour validity period will start when you exchange your voucher at a Big Bus Stop.
The Big Bus Tour is a sightseeing tour of London on an open-top double decker bus. An entertaining commentary is provided by live English guides, and a recorded commentary is available in a choice of languages. Visitors may hop-on and off at any of the Big Bus stops to visit attractions and places of interest. The tour also includes walking tours.

Please be aware the cruise departs from Tower Pier, Waterloo Pier or Westminster Pier, and takes approximately 30 minutes. You have up to 90 days to activate your Big Bus Tour and River Cruise pass. Once validated your Big Bus Tour Pass is valid for the 24 Hour hop-on hop-off sightseeing tour.

Please be aware Children 4 years and under travel for FREE on Big Bus so will only require a child ticket for our Merlin Entertainments attractions. Each person aged 5 and over wanting to use the Big Bus will require a ticket including carers for disabled guests. Carers receive free entry to Merlin Entertainments attractions when accompanying a guest with disability documentation.
