When making a booking for a combination ticket through The London Dungeon website, you will be asked to select your visit date and time to The London Dungeon. The time you select is your arrival time to the attraction and you can arrive anytime within the 15 minute time slot.
The time slot you select is the time you need to arrive at The Dungeon, please be aware that there will be a wait time before your 110 minute tour begins. Queue times can sometimes differ depending on attendance levels and peak periods. We advise giving yourself 2 hours to complete the experience.
Attraction tickets purchased from another attraction, such as The London Eye, Sea Life London Aquarium or Madame Tussauds must be booked into a show time before starting your tour. If you have purchased your combination ticket from another London attraction, you cannot pre-book your entrance into The London Dungeon online or over the phone - just simply turn up and present your ticket within 90 days of collecting your combination tickets. Our team onsite will confirm availability and get you in for our next available time slot. Please note that combination tickets do not guarantee you entry unless you have visited our Box Office. If we are sold out for the day (quite common in peak times) then you will be asked to book for another day.
